The experience behind the work
I've spent over 20 years leading transformation across complex public sector organisations. I've led change, shaped operating models, worked with senior stakeholders, held difficult conversations and been accountable for outcomes in environments where credibility matters quickly.
I also know the personal side of that work. I know what it feels like to be capable and still have to prove it. To carry responsibility, read the room, manage perception and keep showing up when confidence has been chipped away. I know what it feels like to want more freedom, more recognition and more authority, without wanting to become someone else to get it.

I built The Next Level because I kept meeting capable people, especially women, who were doing the work, carrying the weight and still not moving in the way their experience deserved.
Not because they were not good enough, but because no one had helped them make their value visible, speak about it clearly or ask for what they were worth without apology.
The Next Level exists to change that.
