The Next Level is a trading name of Uncommon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. If you have any questions, contact hello@thenextlevelcoaching.co.uk

Who is responsible for your data

Uncommon Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

What we collect and why

When you book a call or a session, we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to share about your situation. Booking is handled by calendly, and their processing of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.

When you pay for a service, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe provides us with your name, email address and confirmation of payment.

When you complete a pre-work questionnaire for the Positioning Review or the programme, we collect the information you provide about your career history, current role, goals and circumstances. This is collected through Google Forms and used solely to prepare your report and deliver the service you have purchased.

When you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and maintain a record of our work together.

The legal basis for using your information

We process your information to perform the contract between us when you buy a service, and on the basis of legitimate interest when you make an enquiry. Where we rely on consent, for example if you ask to be kept informed about future events, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Your data is processed by the service providers we use to run the business: Squarespace (website hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google (forms and document storage) and Microsoft (email). Each processes your data under their own security and privacy terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact. Client records, including questionnaires, reports and session notes, are kept for up to six years after the end of our work together, in line with standard limitation periods for contractual records. Payment records are kept for six years as required by UK tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted where there is no continuing reason to keep it, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thenextlevelcoaching.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
