Terms of Service

The Next Level (thenextlevelcoaching.co.uk)
Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply when you purchase services from The Next Level, a trading name of Uncommon Ltd. By booking or paying for a service you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

The services

The Next Level provides career positioning and coaching services, including the Positioning Review, one-to-one coaching sessions, and The Next Level programme. Descriptions of each service, including what is included and current pricing, are set out on the relevant page of this website.

Booking and payment

Services are paid for in advance through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Where a service is offered at a founding or introductory price, that price applies at the time of purchase and may change for future clients.

Your cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a purchase made online within 14 days without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. If you ask us to begin the service within that 14-day period, for example by booking your session or submitting your pre-work, you agree that we may start work, and if you then cancel, we may deduct an amount reflecting the work already done. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies.

The Positioning Review

The Review requires you to complete a questionnaire and submit your CV and LinkedIn profile at least 72 hours before your debrief session. If your pre-work is not received in time, your debrief may need to be rescheduled. Your written report is personal to you and reflects our honest professional assessment of your positioning; it is guidance, not a guarantee of any particular career outcome. If you join The Next Level programme within 30 days of your debrief, your Review fee is credited in full against your programme investment.

Sessions, rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule a booked session free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice may be charged in full, since the time has been reserved for you. We will always try to be reasonable where genuine emergencies arise. If we need to reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative times promptly.

The programme

The Next Level programme runs for three months and includes the sessions, materials and support described on the programme page. The programme asks for your full engagement: attending sessions, completing the work between them and engaging honestly with the process. Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes depend substantially on your own participation; we do not guarantee any specific role, salary or career result.

Our commitment

If you attend your sessions, complete the work and engage fully with the programme, our commitment is that you will not leave without clarity, stronger positioning and a practical next-level plan.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us in questionnaires, sessions and correspondence is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service, except where disclosure is required by law. We will only use your story or results in marketing with your explicit consent, and in the form you agree to.

Intellectual property

The frameworks, tools and materials provided during our work together, including the Own Your Story Framework, the Spiral Interruption Toolkit and the Evidence Portfolio, are the intellectual property of Uncommon Ltd. They are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced, shared or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
